Unlike some other locations of interest, this dungeon does not apply corruption. The dungeon exit is a sewer grate behind the acid pit. While soloing this dungeon is possible, it is a good idea to bring a friend to provide support. The Abysmal Remnant boss can be tanked with a good armor rating and shield. 
Very Important! In some areas, you will need a bow and arrows, shooting at a target to trigger the change in water level. But don't forget to pick up your dead body and stuff. Place a bedroll as close as possible to the entrance and claim it. 
But hurry up with the respawn, otherwise the entrance will be closed again.
or just sacrifice yourself by removing the bracelet. you can just lure an enemy NPC up into the chamber and kill it on the circular platform. In order to enter the dungeon, simply follow the ghosts lead and perform a blood sacrifice. The Reptilian Monstrosity (boss) has a 1-skull difficulty level, however, it is considered a Legendary Creature because it drops a Skeleton Key to a nearby Legendary Chest.The Dregs are the ancient sewer system of The Unnamed City. Elite mini-bosses are a sub-class of corrupted creatures with glowing blue or orange eyes that have a 2% chance to spawn randomly amongst the general creature spawn of the open world. 
Standard mini-bosses (as seen below) usually spawn around the same area and can be looted or harvested for rarer materials such as Exotic Flesh or unique items such as the Heart of a Hero.They cannot be converted into a Pet or Thrall. It can spawn both randomly and in the same dedicated locations of the open map and can often be looted or harvested for better resources than their normal counterparts. It has increased health/damage output and one skull next to their health bar indicating a more challenging difficulty. A Mini-Boss can often be distinguished by its larger size, unique features and/or varied coloration compared to that of normal enemies of the same type.
